1. Area of application
The following conditions find their application on the entire business relations between the White Lotus International Co., Ltd. and its customers. Differently reading conditions of the orderers are only obligatorily, so far they are in writing drawn up and are legally signatured by White Lotus International Co., Ltd.

2. Prices and costs
All prices are not-binding. Adjustments to the respective current market prices remain reserving. The prices understand themselves starting from our supplier or starting from the factory. The indicated prices are net prices and understand themselves excluding the freight charges from Thailand into the orderers country. The customers have to carry resulting freight charges themselves. In addition customs duties and taxes for the import of goods from the foreign country result for the customer. For transmissions into the European Union can be examined whether „a Certificate of Origin “ form A can cause a reduction of the rate of duty . In this case we will arrange that of course. Possibly additionally resulting costs will be charged to the customer. Which concerns the tariff and import duty computation, the customers have to inform themselves.

3. Adhesion for supply
The company White Lotus International Co., Ltd. takes over the full adhesion for transport up to customers entry door , so far it concerns direct supplies. For damage and expenses, which are caused by higher force, the company White Lotus International Co., Ltd. is not responsible and not to make liable. Likewise for only obtained orders to other business partners, we do not take over adhesion. In the case a distributor should be switched between the White Lotus International Co., Ltd. and its customers, the distributor takes over the full adhesion up to customers house.

4. Packing material
Possible packing is charged to effective costs.

5. Remainders; extra fees
The accounting of possible remainders remains reserving. Temporary extra fees of suppliers will be open charged over to the customer of White Lotus International Co., Ltd. Same applies to sample orders. Generally no sample is free of charge. In the case of order an accounting of the sample cost with the order amount can be made.

6. Goods returned
By us supplied commodity can be returned only after previous arrangement and within 3 months since the supply. Retours are accepted only with original delivery note or invoice. Special productions, non- stock articles, discharged models, articles except assortment, dirty or defective commodity and articles, which do not correspond no more to the current remarks, are not taken back. Commodity incorrectly according to the information of the manufacturer (see material and care references) was treated, is likewise excluded from our guarantee. With manufactures according to measure it must be before proven that the error lies in the preparation. In the case of provable errors with the admission, the adhesion is to the mass of the customer not at the company White Lotus International Co., Ltd. In each case it will take a handling charge of at least 40 Euro or 30% of the commodity value at that time in the credit note taken off. Possible transport costs will be charged after expenditure. (Exceptions under point 8.)

7. Notice of defect/guarantee
Open lacks are to make valid immediately within 1 day after assumption of the commodity in writing by fax or E-Mail with White Lotus International Co., Ltd. Complained of commodity may be used under no circumstances or sold further. In the case of ignoring all subsequent the costs go debited to the buyer. Later complaints are only accepted, if lacks were hidden, i.e. at the time the delivery despite tidy examination were not recognizable and the orderer lodged a complaint in writing within one week since discovery of the lack. However the warranty applies only up to the legal operational sequence of the term. Each further warranty and adhesion, in particular for substitution of indirect damage, are impossible. Warranty and adhesion exist only so far, when it carries out the manufacturer or our supplier. If the notice of defect is not raised within above period, the commodity is considered as authorized.

8. Expiration of the notice of defect
With objections and lack the company White Lotus International Co., Ltd. needs photos of the complained commodity with detailed explanation of the lacks as well as a specification. This can happen first by E-Mail after consultation with a coworker of the company. If that should not be sufficient the next step is to send criticized commodity on demands by the company White Lotus International Co., Ltd., if it concerns several parts. Individual parts are treated for cost reasons and time reasons equal by E-Mail. Exceptions remain reserving the company White Lotus International Co., Ltd. With justified objection the company White Lotus International Co., Ltd. refunds naturally the costs of the entry by transfer.

9. Order expiration
When it comes to an order for the company White Lotus International Co., Ltd. it confirms the order to the customer . There upon the customer has again the possibility of control. If the customer confirms the order again, it comes to the obligatory contract conclusion. There upon the company White Lotus International Co., Ltd. expects from new customer a pre-payment of at least 50% of the quantity of orders, with manufactures according to measure at least 80% of the commodity value. This serves security for the company White Lotus International Co., Ltd. Only after receipt the pre-payment, that likewise will be confirmed by the company White Lotus International Co., Ltd. to opposite the customer, the fulfillment of the order on the part of the company White Lotus International Co., Ltd. begins. All times for delivery refer to the input information of the respective payment.

10. Terms of payment
Deposits can be transferred alternatively on the Paypal account of the company White Lotus International Co., Ltd., the Swiss account or directly on the Thai account of the company White Lotus International Co., Ltd. Appropriate bank accounts are shown downward. If the period between confirmation of order and pre-payment should become longer than 14 days, a renewed confirmation of order is necessary. (Price adjustments reserve.) The remaining part of the payment is settled by the customer within one work week after receipt of the commodity. 12. Applicable right and area of jurisdiction
With placing of order of the customer to the company White Lotus International Co., Ltd. explains itself with all above-mentioned „general trading conditions “in agreement. Contracts, to which the available “general trading conditions” apply, are subordinate to Thai right (under exclusion of the UN-convention over contracts over the international goods sales). Place of delivery for supplies and payments as well as exclusive area of jurisdiction is the business domicile of the White Lotus International Co., Ltd.
